Such Forestry & Fencing

We have worked with this customer for 15 years. The site is of Special Scientific Interest and spans 112 hectares. Due to the scale of the site, we work across ‘compartments’ removing all rhododendron (a non-native invasive species) to restore ancient woodland, including high forest and chestnut coppice. As Rhododendron is highly invasive we cut and burn all plant material using our excavator with a grab. We then return two years later to spray any re-growth and prevent re-infestation.
